Expressive Techniques in Acrylics & Mixed Media

Create personally meaningful and expressive works of art, inspired by nature and by using acrylic paint, mixed media and collage techniques. Develop techniques that create rich textural surfaces, glazed and stained fields of color, and aesthetic ways of organizing space. The strength, sensitivity and rhythm of form, line, value, shape, pattern, and color will be examined. The projects presented are suitable for all skill levels and abilities.
