Most recently, she has been shaping minds at an international school in Singapore, where her passion for fostering inclusive learning environments has flourished. Currently, Shalynn is pursuing her doctorate, focusing on the power of representation and the revealing of implicit biases and its impact on women leaders in international schools across Asia. Beyond her professional life, Shalynn is an avid marathon runner, often participating in races around the globe, and she cherishes opportunities to connect with nature, enriching her life and perspective as both an educator and leader.
